Returns & Exchanges We accept returns on physical items (apparel) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, email us at Jassarie@jassariesierra.co with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Digital Products All digital downloads (planners, notebooks, and vaults) are non-refundable. Due to the instant-access nature of digital files, all sales are final.
